Covenants and Restrictions:

Read the Agreements we’ve all made to live in Stoney Point as good neighbors to one another. If you are new to the community or planning to build or make exterior renovations, you’ll want to review this information.

Architectural Review Board Standards:

Review the Architectural Review Board Standards information you’ll need before building or before making any exterior renovations or landscape changes.

Property Owner Association Contacts:

Review the listing of Board of Directors members and other volunteer coordinators.

Golf Information:

The centerpiece of this breathtaking, gated, lakeside community is The Links at Stoney Point, a Tom Jackson-designed 18-hole golf course reminiscent of Augusta National.

Restaurants:

Bermuda’s, Rosie’s and Bogey’s are great options for feasting with friends and family. Visit Restaurant Information for hours and how to make reservations.

Fitness Center and Pools:

The Links hosts the fitness center and the heated indoor/outdoor lap pool. Member codes are required. See Rose Sells in the Hole 19 Offices (above Bermuda’s). The Stoney Point Property Owners association hosts the outdoor pool and pavilion near the marina. A magnetic fob is required. Call Tracy Dumont (954-683-7355) for your entry fob.

Tennis:

The Links hosts the tennis courts here in Stoney Point. For information on joining leagues, taking lessons, or just play time, see Tennis Information.

Pickleball:

The Stoney Point POA hosts the pickleball courts near the community pool. These courts are open to any community resident and their guests. For information on play contact Sandy Tresino  (716) 254-0119

Clubs and Activities:

View Clubs and Activities for a list of many of the ways you can get involved at Stoney Point –play cards, cook, sew, pray, meet other veterans. You name it!

Marina and Boat/RV Storage:

Lake Clubhouse:

This building and it's gorgeous surroundings are the heartbeat of Stoney Point activities. Visit the Lake Clubhouse for more information on reserving it for your group activities.

Stoney Point Property Owners Association Google Drive:

This is where the SPPOA stores all documents related to POA meetings, financials, governing documents, etc. The google drive can be accessed through this link: SPPOA Google Drive

Stoney Point Management:

Our community contracts with Town & Country Property Management to handle many of our tasks including invoicing, financial management, monitoring covenants/restrictions violations, ARB reviews and other issues that are too complex for a volunteer group to manage.
