The amenity package offered to residents of Stoney Point at Lake Greenwood is unparalleled in the south. This is not only a beautiful, lakefront community: there is an 18 hole, tournament level golf course (www.oldeeight.com), a resident use clubhouse, restaurants , a fitness center, tennis courts, two pools, a marina, pickleball, bocce, playground and so much more.
You’ll find that Stoney Point is surprisingly affordable. Residents participate in two categories of amenity packages, each with its own reasonable investment.
- The Stoney Point Property Owner’s Association delivers access to the outdoor pool, marina, Lake Clubhouse, playground, pickleball, bocce and coming soon, walking trails.
- Olde Eight Golf Club adds an additional dimension to living in Stoney Point with the Clubhouse, three restaurants, a fitness center, lap pool, four lit HarTru tennis courts. Property owners join as social members, but can upgrade to golf membership (www.oldeeight.com)
The two packages provide the following access: fitness center, tennis courts, all pools ( lap and outdoor), pickleball, bocce, playground, Lake Clubhouse, marina, member discounts in the pro-shop and restaurants and (coming soon) walking trails. You can have all of this at these inexpensive rates:
Annual Property Owner’s Association Dues: $1,207 per year (2025 rate per homesite)
Olde Eight Social Membership: $1,500 joining fee
Olde Eight Social Membership Dues: $65 per month individual/$130 family (includes children under 23) Includes lap pool, fitness center, tennis, restaurant.
